What is the maximum capacity of the property?

Villa Belle Cuvée comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests, excluding 2 babies.

Two baby cots are available. Please let us know if you need a baby cot.

What beds are available?

The house offers 4 bed rooms:

In the front of the house: a master bedroom with a king size bed and a private bathroom.

In the back of the house: a bedroom with a king size bed. A bedroom with a bunk bed and a queen size bed. And a fourth bedroom with a fold-away bed. Note that the fold-away bed is 1,40x1,85m, so not suitable for tall people.  

Is there a swimming pool?

Yes, the house features a covered private pool that can be enjoyed during the months April until October.

Is the house suitable for children?

Absolutely. Two baby cots, 3 high chairs, and a diaper changing table are provided. Furthermore, there are toys to play with and there is a big garden to play in.

Is the house suitable for seniors or people with reduced mobility?

Yes, everything you need is on one floor, though the basement is accessible by stairs or through the garage.

Is there parking at the property?

Yes, free private parking is available right next to the house.

Is there a place to store bicycles?

Yes, there is a garage where you can store your bikes.

What is the minimum stay?

The minimum stay is 2 nights.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 4:00 PM, and check-out is before 10:00 AM. We use a contactless key handover via a key safe.

Are pets allowed?

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed to ensure the home remains allergy-friendly for all guests.

Bathroom and laundry

Are bed linens and towels included?

Yes, bed linens and one set of towels per person are included in the rental price.

Is there a possibility to wash clothes?

Yes, there is a washing machine and dryer available.  The're situated in the basement.

Kitchen and dining

Is the kitchen fully equipped?

Yes, we’ve made sure everything you need is available. There's a Nespresso coffee machine, milk frother, water cooker, microwave, hand blender, cutlery and plates for kids, etc. 

Is there a high chair available?

Yes, we have three high chairs. Two for little kids, one for bigger kids.

Internet and office

Is Wi-Fi available?

Yes, free, fast and reliable Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.

Is it there a place to work?

Yes, there is a desk and ergonomic stool.

Environment

How far is the property from cities like Epernay, Reims and Paris?

Villa Belle Cuvée is just a 10-minute drive from Epernay, the heart of the Champagne region. Reims is a 30-minute drive. Paris is fairly close at 90 minutes by car or 90 minutes by train which departs directly from Epernay or Reims (TGV).

Is there a supermarket or bakery nearby?

Yes, a supermarket, bakery, and pharmacy are located just 5-10 minutes away in the nearby villages and in Epernay.

Is there a playground nearby?

Within walking distance, there is a playground with a football field, a basketball court, and pétanque lanes. 

Are there wineries or champagne producers in the area?

Definitely! The house is surrounded by Champagne vineyards, with dozens of wineries nearby. We’re happy to share recommendations.

Things to do in the area?

A lot! Beside the wineries, there are many museums, theatres, beautiful nature, walking and cycling routes and excellent restaurants. Disneyland Paris is just a 75-minute drive away!
